Ticket Pricing
A Stadion Classic at UGA weekly ticket provides access to the tournament all seven days of the tournament week. The price of a weekly tournament ticket purchased on-site during tournament week will be $35. The price of weekly tournament ticket sold through the TFC program will be $25…a $10 discount! The tournament will also offer a 10-pack of tournament tickets through the Regional FirstCare TFC program for $200, and a Corporate 30-pack for $500. Daily tickets will only be available on-site during tournament week. Proceeds from on-site ticket sales will go directly to need-based scholarships at the University of Georgia.
Ordering and Accounting of Ticket Orders
Currently, customers have the option of ordering tickets online at stadionclassic.uga.edu or by mail to the Stadion Classic at UGA. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the selected organization within 48 hours after the transaction is processed. Ticket orders will be mailed to the purchasers approximately 60 days prior to the tournament. Ticket orders received after April 22nd, 2012 will be available at Will Call on site at the UGA Golf Course beginning the first day of the tournament.
Ticket Order Forms
Each participating non-profit organization will receive a customized Regional FirstCare TFC ticket order form in PDF format that designates their organization as the beneficiary of the sale. Once the Tournament Office has all of the necessary forms from your organization, you will receive your organization’s ticket order form via e-mail from the Stadion Classic at UGA Tournament Office. If you do not have e-mail access, please contact Brett Jackson or Matt Peterson at 706-369-5841 to have your ticket order form mailed to you. You are encouraged to distribute your order form to as many people as possible. In addition to the customized ticket order form for your organization, we also produce a generic form listing all of the participating organizations. This form will be available on our website, stadionclassic.uga.edu and at various locations throughout the community.
The Stadion Classic at UGA is Going Green!! We have introduced an exciting new program in conjunction with the TICKETS Fore CHARITY Program which will allow us to issue your tickets more quickly via e-mail.
Promotion
Each organization has the opportunity to advertise and promote the Regional FirstCare TFC Program. Some successful strategies in promotion over the past years have included passing out order forms door to door to local businesses, website publications, newsletters, email notices, and even newspaper ads. Utilize anyone you may come in contact with, as this is a great way to raise money for your organization regardless of whether or not the person plans on attending the event. Selling a bulk ticket package to a business offers a larger savings and the opportunity for the business to reward employees or say ‘thank you’ to their best customers.
Ticket Sale Updates
As the ticket orders start to come in, each organization in the Regional FirstCare TFC program will receive a monthly Scoreboard Report. The Scoreboard Report illustrates the amount each organization has sold in comparison to all participating organizations. In addition, each organization will receive a monthly Scorecard Report. The Scorecard Report lists each of the customers that have designated your organization as their beneficiary of choice. It is recommended that your organization send each customer a thank you note to show your appreciation for their support. This report can be grouped by sales person to encourage a sales contest within your organization. It is also a great source of leads for your organization since online customers that designated your organization may not have been approached by anyone from within your organization.
